In order to better serve our customers, Jem Associates now offers direct access to your files right from your desktop. Using this page, you can upload and download project files, drivers, and other data without any other internet software.

To upload files, you must first register. Just fill out our validation form, making sure to complete all the required fields including the names of the files you want to transfer. Once you have submitted the required information you will receive a login and password by Email. Then use the upload interface, where you can locate the appropriate files on your local machine and copy them to your secure directory on our server.

Downloading and viewing files requires a password. If you do not currently have a password for this service, please fill out our validation form, or contact support@computerhouse.com to request a file access account.
